The key to storing your roasted coffee beans well is using a system that expels the carbon dioxide without allowing air in. This just means that keeping them in the package they came in is ideal because it allows gas to escape from inside the bag but keeps air out. Beans should be kept away from sunlight and stored in stable temperature.
